This claim about NIH ignoring “mRNA genotoxicity” and integration into chromosomes is misleading and not supported by the broader scientific evidence. 1. mRNA vaccines don’t integrate into human DNA in a biologically meaningful way. Messenger RNA (mRNA) from vaccines is designed to function outside the nucleus in the cytoplasm, where it is translated into protein and then rapidly degrades. It does not have the machinery to enter the nucleus and insert into DNA, unlike retroviruses that encode their own reverse transcriptase and integrase. Standard vaccine mRNA does not. 2. One case report is not evidence of a causal risk. The “Genomic Integration and Molecular Dysregulation in Aggressive Stage IV Bladder Cancer…” paper is a single case report published in a small journal. It asserts that a fragment of vaccine-derived sequence might be detectable, but that kind of finding in cancer tissue is not evidence that vaccination caused the cancer or that integration is a general risk. Case reports generate hypotheses; they do not establish causality. Larger controlled studies are needed before any broad claims can be made. 3. Scientific consensus remains that approved mRNA vaccines do not alter human DNA. Major genomic science authorities explain that vaccine mRNA is short-lived and does not alter your DNA. There has been no credible evidence from the many large clinical trials or post-market studies showing that COVID-19 mRNA vaccines integrate into human chromosomes or cause cancer. 4. The NIH and scientific community do monitor safety signals. If there were reproducible, peer-reviewed evidence of genotoxic effects at the population level, you would see research groups and regulators investigating it. What we have are a few speculative publications and case reports — not replicated, controlled findings. That’s why there hasn’t been an NIH directive: the evidence doesn’t meet the threshold for action yet. 5. Real genomic integration that causes cancer does occur in known contexts. When viral DNA integration leads to cancer, such as with HPV, that’s because the virus itself has mechanisms to insert genetic material and disrupt cell cycle control — a well-documented oncogenic process. That’s not applicable to synthetic vaccine mRNA.

Invoking Dallas Buyers Club does not make you medically literate. You are revealing—rather than concealing—that you don’t understand what Bactrim was used for. Bactrim (TMP-SMX) is and was used to treat Pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP)—an opportunistic infection. It did not treat HIV, did not stop immune collapse, and did not prevent progression to AIDS. And crucially: it was widely available in U.S. hospitals. Patients did not need buyers’ clubs to obtain Bactrim. They received it every day on wards across New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. PCP mortality fell precisely because clinicians used it. Probably while you were sipping coffee, while the rest of us were actually treating patients. Buyers’ clubs existed because there were no effective antivirals—because HIV was killing the immune system itself. They sought experimental, unproven agents overseas, not a generic antibiotic that every internist already prescribed. Conflating: Treatment of a fungal pneumonia with treatment of a retroviral immunodeficiency is not dissent. It’s category error. And when someone trained in political economy—like **Brownstone Institute fellow Toby Rogers—lectures physicians on AIDS medicine while confusing antibiotics with antivirals, the problem is not a “murderous medical establishment.” The problem is confidence outrunning competence. History is tragic enough without being rewritten by people who don’t know the difference between treating an infection and treating a virus. That distinction mattered then. It still matters now. This is basic medicine - that you would think AI writes. This shows your lack of education - or perhaps that you cannot debate facts, so resort to an ad hominem attack. You should know better, but there is no substitute for a formal education. Perhaps you should get one. I still wonder where these bits of anti-Fauci nonsense come from.

This is half a truth wrapped in chiropractic salesmanship. Yes, red meat contains protein. So do fish, legumes, dairy, poultry, eggs, and plants—without the well-documented associations between high red-meat intake and cardiovascular disease, colorectal cancer, and mortality when consumed in excess. Protein is not magic. Muscle repair depends on total protein intake, amino acid adequacy, energy balance, sleep, and training stimulus—not on fetishizing one food. What’s telling is the omission: no mention of dose no mention of replacement foods no mention of population-level outcomes Because nuance doesn’t sell supplements. When Eric Berg reduces human nutrition to “red meat = recovery,” he’s not educating—he’s flattening complexity into a slogan. Biology is subtle. Marketing is not. And whenever nutrition advice sounds like a bumper sticker, follow the link—you’ll usually find a checkout page. Oddly - there is one. He is not an erudite research scientist of nutrition, or formally trained in culinary nutrition and metabolism - he is a chiropractor with a checkout lane

There is no Turbo-cancer - it is a myth. The only thing that goes faster than their unicorn is the misinformation they use to sell their anti-vaccine propaganda. Ask an oncologist, cancer-researcher what this term means - there is no answer. This is simply fear induced nonsense by a "foundation" whose job is to provide these people with funds. I'm surprised they haven't induced tithing among their faithful

That “53,000 Cleveland Clinic” cite is a flu VE preprint in employees, and CC said it doesn’t mean vaccination increases flu risk—it also didn’t measure severe outcomes. COVID VE data show modest protection, and CDC finds vaccines reduce ED visits/hospitalizations. Calling vaccines “URI risk factors” is confounding + spin
@

Yes, you are correct. Vaccination for both influenza and COVID are RISK FACTORS for upper respiratory infection. The large (>53,000 patient) study from the Cleveland Clinic demonstrated that both vaccines not only didn’t prevent infection, but actually INCREASED the likelihood

This is false history, and I’ll be direct.I was a virologist at the time and in medical school during the early AIDS epidemic. This claim is not true. Bactrim was never “blocked.” TMP-SMX (Bactrim) was used throughout the epidemic to treat PCP, and once trial data matured, it became first-line prophylaxis by the mid-1980s in NIH/CDC guidance. There was no ban, no suppression, no market-creation scheme for AZT. The POZ article does not support this allegation. The Long Road to PCP Prophylaxis in AIDS documents early uncertainty, toxicity concerns in severely immunocompromised patients, and the gradual shift to routine prophylaxis as evidence accumulated. It does not describe Fauci blocking access to Bactrim. PCP and HIV are not interchangeable problems. PCP killed patients because HIV destroyed immunity. Treating PCP without suppressing HIV did not prevent progression or death. AZT targeted viral replication; Bactrim treated one opportunistic infection. They are complementary, not substitutes. Real-world outcomes refute the conspiracy. When PCP prophylaxis became routine, PCP deaths fell. When combination ART arrived, AIDS mortality collapsed. That is the historical record. The “30,000 deaths” claim is invented. There is no credible epidemiologic evidence supporting that number or the allegation behind it.Bottom line: This isn’t whistleblowing—it’s retroactive myth-making. The early AIDS years were marked by uncertainty and limited tools, not a plot to withhold lifesaving antibiotics.
Toby Rogers@uTobian

@drterrysimpson Please stop lying. Fauci blocked access to the antibiotic Bactrim in order to create the market for AZT. Bactrim is highly effective against pneumocystis carinii pneumonia which is what killed many AIDS patients. Over 30k gay men died because of this. poz.com/blog/the-long-…

“If You Debate Holocaust Numbers, You ARE a Holocaust Denier” TL/DR: Bottom line (historically precise) ≈ 6,000,000 Jews murdered ~2 million via mass shootings ~3 million in extermination camps ~1 million via ghettos, forced labor, disease, and starvation By the Numbers: 🔴 1. Auschwitz-Birkenau (Poland) ≈ 1,000,000–1,100,000 Jews Largest killing center Majority murdered immediately after arrival Victims from across Europe (Hungary, Poland, France, Netherlands, Greece, etc.) 🔴 2. Einsatzgruppen Mass Shootings (Eastern Europe & USSR) ≈ 1,300,000–1,500,000 Jews (category, not a single camp) Includes massacres across: Ukraine Belarus Lithuania Latvia Russia Conducted mainly 1941–1943 This category exceeds any single camp Major sites within this category include Babi Yar, Ponary, Rumbula, and tens of thousands of smaller killing fields. 🔴 3. Treblinka II (Poland) ≈ 870,000–925,000 Jews Pure extermination camp Operated ~13 months Almost no survivors 🔴 4. Bełżec (Poland) ≈ 430,000–500,000 Jews First Operation Reinhard death camp Camp dismantled early → fewer records Extremely high kill-to-survivor ratio 🔴 5. Sobibór (Poland) ≈ 170,000–250,000 Jews Extermination camp Site of 1943 prisoner uprising Camp destroyed afterward 🔴 6. Chełmno (Kulmhof, Poland) ≈ 150,000–180,000 Jews First camp to use mobile gas vans Victims primarily from Łódź Ghetto 🔴 7. Majdanek (Poland) ≈ 60,000–80,000 Jews Hybrid camp (labor + killing) Mass shootings + gassing Liberated largely intact 🔴 8. Babi Yar (Kyiv, Ukraine) ≈ 33,771 Jews (documented, Sept 29–30, 1941) ≈ 70,000–100,000 Jews total (broader period) Largest single massacre by shooting Conducted by Einsatzgruppen with local assistance 🔴 9. Warsaw Ghetto (Poland) ≈ 300,000 Jews deported to death camps ≈ 90,000–100,000 died in ghetto (starvation/disease) Deportations mostly to Treblinka Uprising followed mass deportations (Deaths attributed to Warsaw are usually counted under Treblinka for camp totals, but historically distinct.) 🔴 10. Łódź Ghetto (Poland) ≈ 160,000 Jews died or deported to death camps Longest-lasting ghetto Deportations primarily to Chełmno and Auschwitz 🔴 11. Ponary (Paneriai, Lithuania) ≈ 70,000 Jews Major killing site near Vilnius Mass shootings 🔴 12. Rumbula (Latvia) ≈ 25,000 Jews Riga Ghetto liquidation (Nov–Dec 1941) 🔴 13. Bergen-Belsen (Germany) ≈ 50,000 Jews (and others) Primarily death by starvation, disease Not a primary extermination camp Liberation revealed catastrophic conditions 🔴 14. Dachau (Germany) ≈ 40,000 deaths total ≈ 10,000–15,000 Jews Primarily a concentration camp Many Jewish prisoners transferred elsewhere for murder 🔴 15. Mauthausen-Gusen (Austria) ≈ 38,000 Jews Brutal forced labor camp system Extremely high mortality

This is not whistleblowing — it is historical vandalism. The claim that AZT ‘killed 330,000 people’ is an invented body count, not a finding from randomized trials, cohort studies, or mortality registries. It is an estimate repeated until it sounds like evidence. In the late 1980s, AIDS was nearly universally fatal. Patients died of opportunistic infections because their immune systems collapsed. There were no effective treatments. None. AZT was the first drug shown in randomized controlled trials to prolong life in people with AIDS. Early high-dose regimens were toxic — and when that toxicity became clear, doses were rapidly reduced. That is medicine correcting itself in real time, not mass murder. The accusation that Anthony Fauci ‘blocked cures’ ignores a central fact: most proposed alternatives had no evidence, no plausible mechanism, and no survival data. Buyer’s clubs existed because people were desperate, not because secret cures were being suppressed. The decisive proof comes later. When combination antiretroviral therapy (HAART) arrived in the mid-1990s — built directly on the AZT scaffold — AIDS mortality fell by more than 80%. If AZT were a genocidal poison, modern HIV therapy would not exist. Blaming Fauci and AZT for AIDS deaths is not skepticism. It is hindsight cruelty — confusing imperfect progress with malevolence.

A great new meta-analysis of the psychological impacts of economic inequality just came out. Its first big finding was that across 100 studies, there was no significant effect on subjective well-being: not cross-sectionally, longitudinally, or at a small or large level. The next big finding was that inequality was very slightly—statistically but not practically significantly —related to worse mental health: But what was up with that result? Is it real? No, as it turns out, it is not! The authors demonstrated this by checking for publication bias. Every test they ran supported its presence, and every correction made the association not just practically, but also statistically nonsignificant: The authors followed this up with a meta-analytic specification curve analysis, varying the number and type of covariates used, and showing that, as it turned out, their result was incredibly robust: generally effects were nonsignificant, and they are always practically nonsignificant, for both well-being and mental health measures. Normally, doing all this would be enough to make for a top-tier meta-analysis, but these authors went further and conducted machine learning-guided meta-regressions and found that very few were significant, mattered, etc., but for well-being, inflation did, with an OR of 0.95, meaning that with more inflation, inequality was more related to worse well-being. This makes theoretical sense, no? I propose that it does! Higher inflation makes for harder times, and in harder times, people reasonably kvetch more. And the authors confirmed that this held up using individual-level data from the Gallup World Poll, for 153 countries, across sixteen years, covering almost two million participants. The result was robust outside the meta-analysis: These essentially null findings complement a large literature on this subject across other many different domains. For example, the relationship between inequality and crime meta-analytically also doesn't hold up: x.com/cremieuxrecuei…. Much the same, changes in inequality do not predict changes in the homicide rate: x.com/cremieuxrecuei…. The broader picture that was famously raised by Lichbach back in 1989 was that economic inequality is not a meaningful contributor to political conflict—violence writ very large! And this has held up more recently, with papers basically always failing to find that inequality contributes to civil war. In fact, civil war is generally hard to predict from measured variables like polarization, fractionalization, and so on. I suspect this is true, and that inequality in general is not that meaningful for humans, because people can't really see inequality. Instead, as Bryan Caplan has noted, it's the perception of inequality that matters, not objective inequality. And the two quantities are only rarely related. Now look back at the inflation result from the meta-analysis and its replication in the large Gallup poll data. What does predict political conflict is low income, low growth, recent instability, and neighbors with the same problems. It's not even clear objective inequality can matter, because in most situations, we just can't see it.
