Huge shout out to the team at @StrykerDigital for absolutely crushing the new Neal HVAC website! 🚀 The site looks incredible, but I especially want to highlight Bodhi @irentdumpsters, Sama & Theo. Bodhi's customer service has been transparent and straight forward from day one. Sama has been building the site and really great with communication. Yes, publishing 100 city pages can hurt you. If you just swap the city name and leave everything else identical, Google calls that thin content. No rankings. Possible penalty. Here's what a real local page requires: One H1 that names the service and the city. Copy that mentions the county, nearby towns, and local context. FAQs specific to that market or service. Embedded Google map for that location. Internal links to your other city and service pages. Not the same page with a different city in the title. An actual page about doing that work in that city. The extra 30 minutes per page is the difference between spam and rankings

You can't publish 100 pages in one month and call it an SEO strategy. Google crawls your site every couple of weeks. Each crawl, it's looking for something new. If it finds 100 new pages at once, it reads that as an AI spam blast. If it finds 3 to 5 new pages every month, it starts compounding. The analogy: flood a tree with water on day one, it dies. Water it consistently over 12 months, you have something real. Boring. Repetitive. Works.

Your garage door GBP is not going to rank for gutter installation. The category is different. The keyword isn't in your name. Here's how you fix it without building a new company: File a DBA. Something like "Detroit Seamless Gutter Systems." Verify a separate GBP under that name. Seed it with reviews from your existing jobs. Now you have two Map Pack presences from one business. One for garage doors. One for gutters. When someone searches "gutter installation in Flint, Michigan," the profile with "gutter" in the name has a head start. Use it.
