being a strokes fan is crazy cause one day they drop a shitty ai trailer and an awful song and you swear you hate them and the next day they randomly drop a monumentally powerful song performance and suddenly you're extremely proud to be a fan again

i’m also incredibly proud that my psychiatrist lowered my dose of antidepressants and sleeping pills AND she told me i’m well omw to being discharged (not sure if that's the right way to say it)!! and she also told me i’ve made some really good decisions to improve my life :D

these past few days i’ve been feeling relaxed and happy w my life and the decisions i make. i feel as light as a feather and it’s really nice to feel that way therapy is paying off guyyssss

i have a test today and for the first time i’m feeling relaxed because i have confidence in my abilities
