@FredGaulois J’ai pris une Loa chez @MINI en occasion il y avait 2 rayures existantes je rends le véhicule nickel, on me réclame le payement de ces deux rayures soit 319€ j’ai fais stopper les prélèvements, on m’envoie des pénalités de retards mes mails et mon recommandé reste sans réponse

La LOA, l'arnaque quand tu ramènes une voiture quasi neuve avec juste 2 rayures et un petit coup sur la jante, le concessionnaire retient 1200 € pour la remise en état sur ce Suzuki loué depuis 3 ans à 400 € par mois😳

@BMW @MINI Who should I contact to escalating a serious issue with Mini Durham in Ajax, ON? I tried to resolve this directly with the dealer, but have been ignored. BMW Canada have advised they are limited to assist. The sale was handled in bad faith. A serious safety issue.

@MINI so the sunroof on my countryman inexplicably explodes. Mini Reading say it’s happened before and tell me it’s a warranty claim but then backtrack and want to charge ££££ to fix. What on earth… I’ve bought 5 minis but this is going to be my last after such poor service.

@garykirkman Hi Gary, thanks for reaching out. The PIN protects your personal settings. If you would like to disable it then you can select the MINI ID symbol or profile picture, select your MINI ID, navigate to Settings and select Lock Display where it can be adjusted. We hope that helps.

Hey @MINI why does my car ALWAYS make me enter my PIN to recognize I AM the primary driver. This and how slow it all opens is a huge inconvenience and makes me want to sell my car. #MINI #minicooper
