@BMW @MINI Who should I contact to escalating a serious issue with Mini Durham in Ajax, ON? I tried to resolve this directly with the dealer, but have been ignored. BMW Canada have advised they are limited to assist. The sale was handled in bad faith. A serious safety issue.

@MINI so the sunroof on my countryman inexplicably explodes. Mini Reading say it’s happened before and tell me it’s a warranty claim but then backtrack and want to charge ££££ to fix. What on earth… I’ve bought 5 minis but this is going to be my last after such poor service.

@garykirkman Hi Gary, thanks for reaching out. The PIN protects your personal settings. If you would like to disable it then you can select the MINI ID symbol or profile picture, select your MINI ID, navigate to Settings and select Lock Display where it can be adjusted. We hope that helps.
