A senior Advocate, Adv Coreth Naudé, acting for SARS in a matter between Shawne Mkhize, "MaMkhize", Royal AM & other companies of MaMkhize, has been shot almost dead.
She was arriving at her hotel in Durban, near Gateway shopping centre.
She was shortly by a thug three times in the upper body, neck and face. She is currently in ICU.
SARS wants to attach all MaMkhize's fleet of luxury vehicles.
MaMkhize's security team and armed guards first stopped attorneys from attaching these vehicles
The Hawks must intervene here. No thug is above the law
