Rarity, but not /that/ Rarity

((@EQG_Rarity‘s time in Ponyville may have come to an end, but I will still be around on @mlp_MsRarity! Looking forward to playing more with her in the future.))

Thankfully, she did not trip on a pebble this time.

With a promise from @MLP_Shimmery that she’ll teach Rarity what the heck a changeling is, she takes one last break of this universe’s air before stepping into the portal.

After making sure she didn’t forget anything (her favorite bottle of shampoo is safely stored away, and the shortbreads are long been eaten), she’s made her way to the place that this all started: the portal.

Her last day in Ponyville... As much as she enjoyed it her (identity confusion notwithstanding), she knows where she truly belongs.

Rarity turns her attention to her bed, which has never looked so inviting. Her time in Ponyville may be ending soon, but she’s still going to enjoy the comforts of the inn’s fluffiest mattresses one last time.

“...is it narcissistic to say I think I like her?”

“Thank you, Rarity. And for the record, I don’t know if we would have to get to know much about each other. I think we have a lot in common.”

She smiles back at Sunset. “That’s right.”

“Yes, I think you’re right...”

“Apology accepted, Rarity.” She looks her other self directly in the eye. “And it seems as though you did figure things out.”

“Good.”

“Are you okay?” she says in unison with @mlp_MsRarity, giving Sunset a concerned look, before doing a double take at the other version of her.

When the light subsides, she opens her eyes and looks back at her “clone” and then Sunset. She tries to say something, anything, but the only thing that comes to her lips is “Um...maybe it’s a good thing I don’t know how to use this thing,” as she taps her horn.

She just silently nods, turning her attention from Sunset towards @mlp_MsRarity. “Don’t worry. I’m not any trouble.”

Wiping her eyes with the back of her hoof, she just nods to @mlp_MsRarity.

“Sunset!” She gets to her hooves, her balance feeling like it’s been thrown completely out of whack.

Rarity gulps, her eyes clouding with panicked mist. This wasn’t supposed to happen. This trip was supposed to go smoothly, and now she’s stuck being drilled by @mlp_MsRarity like a prisoner.
