The nations mentioned by @Nick_Davidov are precisely the Asian nations that should be banned from immigration Another point is that the example of founders of billionaire companies he gave are exempt from the restriction. The top scientists are exempt too. This isn’t an adjustment of status total ban. This is a restriction on adjustment of status to prevent abuse via family reunification and by H-1Bs.
