@motherofcode Ai, wat zuur dat je verbinding na een stroomstoring niet meer werkt :( Als je me je postcode, huisnummer en naam + geboortedatum van de contractant in DM doorgeeft, dan check ik de aansluiting.

@KPNwebcare net stroomstoring gehad in postcode gebied 4005/4001. Stroom doet ‘t weer, maar internet ligt er nog steeds uit. Misschien schade aan jullie netwerk door de uitval?

One of the more beneficial things we do as a team is a concept of "Customer Response Reviews" where I take a ticket or forum post that's done (or sometimes in progress) and we look at it together. We ask "how could we have done better?" or "what was the thought process here?"

@DerekAshauer In those cases, I’d process the refund. If it’s a month out, that’s a different story. Positive experiences with your brand in cases like these are more important than the individual refunds (good support has a direct connection to LTV).

If you sell a #WordPress product, how strict are you on refunds? I have an email that goes out 1 week before auto-renewal with clear policy that renewals are non-refundable. Inevitably, people get charged & next day ask for refund.
