@Elbows_12 Sorry for the late reply, but it was pretty rough. Lots of wind and lower temps. Seemed like the wind was the opposite of what I wanted on almost every hole.

@mpbx3003 Being out there’s most important! How was weather up by you guys? We had headwind the first 7/8 holes then the hole layout changes direction so some tail, but definitely died down. Temps in high 20’s/low 30’s I was geared pretty good for. Especially with the Door beanie 😉

First round of the year was a Doubs round. We played pretty well! He’ll say we didn’t go bogey free (old school all Doubs are Par 3’s) because of the 4 on 18, but pretty good throwing for my first round of 25! Great partner play throughout too! Can’t remember if 17 was a 2/3 tho

@Elbows_12 Exactly. He also doesn't move plastic like Simon or Paul, which definitely limits his earning potential. None of the other big players really needs him like Trilogy would.

@mpbx3003 With KT’s injury, and Matty O not quite pushing as many envelopes even though landing Top 15 in pts, he’s kinda been the face of “Trilogy” Semerad & Cox did L64 good, but why leave being a franchise face, unless you’re aforementioned lack of funds. But who would/could pay him?

@Elbows_12 With a year remaining, it's kinda hard to see him leaving or DD pushing him out unless they won't be able to pay. Not like he's getting the same contract elsewhere or visibly hates the discs. I'll believe it when I see it.

@MC_of_A I also think being written this way has a tendency toward insularism. Like, it's intriguing if you're already in that space, but not if you aren't. Not that there isn't a place for that kind of academic approach, but it's not activism.

@MC_of_A It's giving "1970s Left coalition statement written by six different committees". It's inherently un-radical and unispiring in the way it kinda shoehorns everything together.

there's something about "we're sitting around in a room reading long books for our job" that makes people really want to make it sound revolutionary rather than luxurious reading long books and having leftist thoughts about them is great, I love doing it, it's not the revolution
