@GianTorre610 100% agree. It's a great alternative to an ITA/RA. Allow the ITA flow to distend the vein under physiological conditions and protect the vein enothelium from hydrostatic injury.

#RITA extended with #SVG in patients with recent cath via #LeftRadial. Off pump sequential to #PDA and #PLB. After #SaveRITA trial I have been more keen in using #vein off of #ITAs to complete revasc when #LRAD is not available. Thoughts?

#RITA extended with #SVG to reach PDA and OM3 while LITA used in sequential for D1 and LAD. I generally extend RITA with #LeftRadial but after reading the encouraging results of #SAVERITA trial I start to believe veins perform better when arise form ITAs rather than Aorta.
