@idlewildgirl The perimenopause was an utter bind. But the menopause has been brilliant. No periods and I’ve stopped caring as deeply about things that used to bother or worry me. I feel less anxious, I don’t care what people think about me. It’s felt very freeing. Hope this helps 😄

@idlewildgirl Thought I had early onset dementia. Went to Dr got patches. Then got bigger patches and a pill. Worked for me but I know that’s not everyone. The patches I think may have saved my life.
