Sold 2 expiring domains today at $499... DomainCharts*.com and InvestStack*.com (this one I actually renewed but forgot to fix the price. 🙄

I just got @nameoffice from the X Handle Marketplace... all because some disgruntled NamePro's member saw me starting it up years ago and registered it from under me.

Anybody rent out a domain at Atom yet?

I’ve sold a couple of unexpected keyword domains over the past month, a keyword I haven’t seen sell at all since I started buying them around 2018. I also haven’t seen any public sales reporting around it. Once I’ve bought up as many as I can, I’ll share the word. lol

I thought this was a great domain I picked up on the drop: agenchat.com Agent + chat? (or agentic)

@Ravi26329535 Thanks Ravi. No, I'm moving off of Atom completely. Purchase is all done at Nameoffice. I don't even know why my domains are still listed there. I requested removal over a month ago. Just keeping them listed for now though.

@nameoffice The site is rich looking. Working fine and loading very quick with each filter choices... These will take to atom if anyone clicks buy ? Or all processes done on NameOffice itself ?

Anyone want to test spin the search at Nameoffice? nameoffice.com/business-names I think it's one of the best out there for brandables right now. (Will eventually have many more domains there)

Sold a 16k LTO @atomHQ... but it's been almost a day and payment still not verified. I'd never tell a seller a domain sold unless the payment was already verified. I've had a couple of failed verification sales there... what's the point of the false hope?

@Brand_Venue @atomHQ Well that's good to know, I've never waited more than a day.

@nameoffice @atomHQ I was told from atom support they require a signed purchase agreement from buyer if domain value is over $10k regardless of bin or installment. this causes verification delay for few buyers. one time I had to wait around 20 days for a verification.

@atomHQ I owned a domain platform for many years and would only send a sales email if the payment was verified. Unlisting the domain for the verification process is not a big deal.

Thanks for raising this, Michael. We notify at the time of sale so the domain comes off the market while funds are verified. Most verifications complete within 30 minutes, but some take longer if we need additional info from the buyer, and over 90% complete successfully. Buyer responses can be slower over the holiday weekend, but our team follows up even on weekends

The best salesperson for a domain was always the buyer's imagination. We finally gave it something to work with.

sold another expired domain, this time had to pay a redemption fee, which GoDaddy thankfully waived.
