My client is being forced to pay a fine by NTSA for allegedly speeding at 110 km/h, yet his car has been parked for the last six months. How many other people have experienced this? These automated fines are illegal because they cannot be independently verified. What happens if someone clones your number plate and commits a traffic offence? @ntsa_kenya
