update i suppose, my mom called the cops again because i tried to sit on the couch and i told them again that my mom had molested me and disalows me from talking to any other people, but they said that cps had already opened and closed a case so there is nothing that they could do no matter how much i reach out, aside from being emancipated by a special court i think he said but for that i need to have a phone to call, as of right now there is yet again nothing i can do

i have tried multiple times to alert the authorities that my mother had molested me however they returned me to her care i aswell have my leg amputated so i am unable to walk and leave, everyone in my family has denied helping me and i see no escape from my mother or this situation. if i dont update in about 3 weeks i am likely dead, thank you all <3

@shmitfel @ymfivethirty I'm going to very vaguely ask my parents if we are capable of taking in another kid/teen, even temporarily. It's probably useless because we live all the way in New York State, but we're still in the U.S...

trust me i love the plan if it was 4 weeks ago, i had my boots, a pair of sturdy pants and belt, and my shirt and coat, i had my banjo, and my gloves, and my hat with two lighters, and i had 50 dolars to buy a 3 pound hickory handle axe, i could have very well made it on my own and gone anywhere in the world, but now i have none of those and an amputated leg

@never2much___ i can only acess anything avalable through chrome browser right now, i have my origional gmail and a secret one but the others that have my other accounts are locked away

@shmitfel @ymfivethirty I'm going to be real with you, she'll most likely only learn that she can keep getting away with this stuff. She would replace you with somebody else, and she'll hurt them just like she hurt you. She may even go further with her next victim, taking this as a sign she can do more.

@shmitfel @ymfivethirty I don't want to pressure you into anything. But if you die, and if she goes unpunished after you die, she'll hurt even more people. Wouldn't it be better for you to hurt her in self defense, if the other option means even more people will be hurt?

@shmitfel In another post you mentioned Google Verification restricting you. What exactly does it restrict, can you tell me? I want to figure out if there is any way at all that we can get around it.

@shmitfel I don't want you to keep going through this, but I also don't want you to die. If you really do die, she needs to be able to be looked into further even afterwards so that she won't go unpunished.
