@ReportBeijing The Kuwaitis shot down 3 F15s. It was on tv. You can clearly see these are F15s. They don’t even know what an enemy plane looks like. Can’t tell the difference between an F15 and a MiG 29? They should not be manning surface to air missiles defense systems.
