@greateranglia Thanks. It's strange it that looks like the same form that I completed a couple of weeks ago when we were told a new online process had been released due to the volume of calls. I have submitted again so will see what happens this time.

@greateranglia Hi. I submitted a refund for my smartcard 10 days ago.Email this morning saying to log in and complete a new form to request it but there is no option there.Just the option to get a refund for a one off single purchased last year. What do I do next?

@greateranglia Yes. I've had it for a few years. renewed online last year. only option for smartcard is to amend which card is my main one.

@TobyFletcher5 @greateranglia These trains really appear to be on their last legs.6.25 from Whittlesford.Short 4 formation (seems to be most days-not ideal as we have picked up everyone from a broken 12 carriage), no heating as usual and I just heard a unintelligible whisper from the driver on broken speaker

@PandaKym @greateranglia I've been stuck at Audley End since 6pm so must be lots of trains behind us. So far the driver says the line is far more damaged than expected and a train as also been damaged so needs towing away.

Due to overhead wire problems between Cambridge and #Shelford all lines are blocked. Disruption is expected until further notice. This is disrupting services between Stansted Airport and Cambridge via Audley End & Cambridge and London Liverpool Street, GA

@greateranglia Can someone look at the bridge and building lights at Whittlesford?Platform ones are on but others are off.Its dangerous crossing the bridge or putting your bike on new high racks.It's dark at 6am so need to look at the timer before someone gets hurt
