DVは試合前のストレス時（情緒不安定）に激化
暴言、暴力
薬物使用の影響も指摘
・1.5mの高さから床に投げ落とす
・全身殴打・蹴り
・持ち上げて床に叩きつける
・シャワーヘッドで頭を殴り流血
・バリカンで髪を無理やり剃る
・瞬間接着剤を頭皮の傷に塗り込む
・3日間ホテルで連続暴行
（被害の結果）
・顔面腫脹、変色、内出血
・鼓膜破裂、肋骨骨折、鼻骨骨折
・脊椎変形、膀胱損傷などの後遺症
・PTSD、うつ病
（精神的DV）
・長時間の暴言、面罵、脅迫
・離脱後も7000通以上のメール
・当時8歳の連れ子にも暴力を振るっていたとされる
・子供を乗せて運転中、突然叫びながら猛スピードで暴走行為
（裁判・法的経緯）
・サップは文春を名誉毀損で提訴するも敗訴
・内縁の妻はサップに損害賠償請求（3919万7853円）
・サップ側は賠償踏み倒し・海外逃亡疑惑も指摘された
