people got so mad at this for some reason they started writing fanfiction about this guy in the comments.

It's kind of funny how like 90% of the most famous writers we're either the type to work 18 hours a day in a feverish state until they passed out, or spend 6 hours drinking whisky and pondering in their garden before writing 15 words at 7pm and going to bed.

Making a TCP connection in c++ using native windows libraries: fairly easy, lots of examples. SSL/TLS: obscure, arcane knowledge. Schannel exists, but we will NOT tell you how it works or how you use it. Use openSSL instead. Which is somehow documented even worse. Fuck you.
