@LENNONstl @TheMahleek Honestly in my opinion Maff makes a whole kinda music, the kinda beats he samples, the things he tries way different.
I just think proper management funding and promotion will do him a lot of good

@TheMahleek Asake gave us different vibes with little difference touch of sounds. Fola, Ayo maff, shoday, Rybeena. They all need to work on their music style

I have a genuine question about Ayo Maff.
Nigerians have really tried to downplay his effort and creativity.
How did Asake even get that level of recognition?
What I’ve heard people say is limiting these boys’ international recognition is the language barrier but Asake uses this same Language.
What do you guys think Ayo maff needs to do different to get that level of recognition? Because his production is great, he even has the best music videos amongst his peers, his delivery is also very solid and I’ve seen him perform on stage, he’s an energetic entertainer as well and he’s consistent.
So what exactly is he missing??

Garri was the only thing I had.
I drank it for three straight days. By the third day, I barely had any strength left in me.
That was when I suddenly remembered a place I used to see waterleaf in school.
I quickly grabbed a nylon bag and dressed up like I was going to school.
I got there, looked left and right and started cutting.
I’d cut small. If I noticed someone coming, I’d stop and pretend to be on my phone or searching my bag… until I got what I needed. 😹
I got home and, for the first time in three days, I didn’t drink garri.
I ate eba with waterleaf. 😭
