Words can't describe how powerful it is to work with so many disabled leaders during #WeekWithoutDriving when you are so accustomed to being the only disabled person in the room. Getting to end Day 5 by stumbling into "Please Touch" was so magical I could cry

Lessons learned from a new crosswalk that Lake City advocates have been asking for for years: 1. Advocacy works 2. We shouldn't have to fight for crosswalk after crosswalk 3. We need a huge shift in the next transportation levy if we want any change

@Lisa_Herbold @MASScoalition It was a terrific report and if it hadn't been the middle of the pandemic when it got released, we would have gone forward then. It definitely was the foundation of so many conversations we had with folks to help them understand the scope of the sidewalk repair problem.
