@cvtsandsm0kes Very much so! 🥹 i have no clear idea on what my triggers are but small ones but i do know it started getting worse within the past 7 months it’s not as bad as it was then LUCKILY MY CHRIST it was hell but my triggers r still there but less extreme on reactions

@cvtsandsm0kes I get it honestly, unironically i actually plan to get tested for OCD because my dad AND my half related sister has it, so it’s highly possible i may be showing more clear symptoms of it specifically ROCD, cause my spirals have started getting worse especially
