At Franklin Pierce’s Bruce Kirsh Cup, freshman Drew Paskanik set a personal best by over a minute with a time of 28:22.01, the second fastest time by a freshman in school history.

Just hit 2000 miles for the year. No races so figured, why not.

Marathon got postponed until October. So I decided to go for 200 miles in a month. Did it with a day to spare.

New England athletes were first to the awards podium on day 1 of the USATF Junior Olympic National Championship in Sacramento California. Logan Coles (Woonsocket RI) and Jake Dalton (Andover MA) placed 1-3 in the boys 17-18 hammer with distances of 66.83m and 64.11m, respectively
