Some Americans romanticize socialism. But @GloriaAlvarez85, who grew up in Guatemala, interviewed people who fled Cuba and Venezuela. What they experienced was awful:

Y’all arguing about jobs, interest rates, and elections… Meanwhile AI is learning from the best humans on Earth, robots are replacing physical labor, and automation is eating cognitive work. This isn’t left vs right. This isn’t Trump vs Biden. This is exponential technology vs linear thinking. “New jobs” is cope. AI doesn’t replace average workers — it absorbs elite skill, scales it infinitely, and repeats it perfectly. Robots don’t get tired. AI doesn’t forget. Systems don’t ask for raises. We’re moving toward: 🤖 automated food 🏠 automated housing 🏭 automated manufacturing 🧬 AI-driven healthcare 🚗 autonomous transport One human + AI + robots = entire factory. Money won’t matter the same. Ownership won’t matter the same. Careers won’t matter the same. Access > ownership. Ideas > labor. Instead of panicking about “what job will I have,” start thinking: How do we redesign society when labor isn’t required? How do we make life easier, not harder? How do we prepare people mentally for a post-labor world? This isn’t sci-fi. It’s already happening. Stop arguing about yesterday. Start preparing for tomorrow.

📈Job growth surged in January, adding 172,000 private-sector jobs – smashing expectations. ✅Private sector employment rose 615,000 in President Trump’s first year in office, while federal employment declined to its lowest level since 1966. ❌The labor market under Joe Biden was even weaker than we thought with job growth over Biden’s final 2 years being overstated by a whopping 1.9 million jobs.

If we’re serious about long-term human presence on the Moon the we would have to figure out lunar dust. Moon regolith isn’t soft sand. It’s razor sharp electrostatically charged, and toxic to lungs over time. You can’t just shake it off and move on. Realistically every habitat would need a multi stage entry setup: electric fields to break dust adhesion vacuum chambers to pull particles away suitports so suits stay outside and positive pressure clean interiors. Work areas would have to be paved or sintered to limit dust kick up with robots handling most exterior tasks. In other words, Moon living would follow submarine + cleanroom rules. And yeah it’s still cool as hell. The Moon is the perfect logistics hub for Mars and beyond, a true doorway to space. But getting humans to live there long-term means solving dust first. 💯💫🫁🌚🔥🚀

SpaceX will have the first Moon base and it's much closer than most realize Starship can carry the highest tonnage to space of anything ever built and it's fully reusable, which changes everything Tesla Optimus robots could do most of the construction work, with minimal human intervention Tesla already makes solar panels at scale, perfect for powering a lunar base Even Tesla's Cybertruck could be adapted for lunar transport When you factor in all the pieces working together, a Moon base isn't decades away...it's happening sooner than we think Once established, the utility of a lunar outpost will scale exponentially, creating the foundation for humanity's permanent presence beyond Earth

@aaronburnett The Moon would establish a foothold beyond Earth quickly, to protect life against risk of a natural or manmade disaster on Earth. We would continue to launch directly from Earth to Mars while possible, rather than Moon to Mars, as fuel is relatively scarce on the Moon.

Life definitely isn’t easy right now. Greed has taken over the market and become the normal way of doing business. The ones at the top don’t care about leverage for regular people only profit guides them. Everyone else is chasing that same pile, and it creates this chain reaction we all feel. That’s what ends up turning into suffering for everyone. Smh.

We’re living in a dystopia where everyone’s racing to the top of the cash pile. Housing is financialized, people are burned out, homelessness is exploding, and nobody wants to be neutral anymore — everyone has to ‘win.’ Compassion gets replaced with ‘pay me.’ This system is broken

🚨 BREAKING: Scott Jennings CLAPS BACK at Billie Eilish declaring "no one is illegal on stolen land" at the Grammys "Eilish lives in a $14 million mansion in Los Angeles, on property that was once inhabited by the Tongva tribe. So far as we can tell, she hasn't taken ANY steps to return her mansion and surrounding property to its rightful owners, but we'll keep you posted!" "People like Billie Eilish are, of course, stupid, but what she says has influence. And what she means is that she doesn't believe the United States actually exists as a legal entity, as a nation." "She profits handsomely, I might add, from American capitalism!" 🫳🎤

🚨 BREAKING: Americans are calling on Hollywood elitist Billie Eilish to RETURN her $14M LA mansion to the Tongva tribe after she claimed, "no one is illegal on stolen land" She could also graciously host illegal aliens in her mansion. After all, she has the moral high ground. Put up or shut the F up.

We’re blaming the wrong people. This isn’t about workers or “bad choices.” It’s about who sets prices — and how greed infected the system. Rent, 1-bed city center (2026): 🇺🇸 USA: $1,400–$2,000 → 35–50% of take-home 🇨🇳 China: $500–$900 → 20–35% 🇷🇺 Russia: $450–$800 → 25–40% KFC 8-piece bucket: USA: $11–$15 China: $5–$8 Russia: $4.50–$7 Homeless per 10,000 people: USA: 23 China: ~2–3 Russia: ~5–7 Same housing.
