It is illegal to sell, store, or transport petrol in plastic bottles or non-standard containers. This practice is banned due to extreme fire risks and to prevent illegal hoarding or the creation of petrol bombs. Syed Ayub distributed petrol in plastic bottles for free in Hyderabad. Maybe he is planning to contest elections. This jahil is also called this hoarding a "Start-up". He also asked people to not say "Bharat Mata ki Jai" because it is a communal slogan. Irrespective of his motives, he surely doesn't have "Oil well" at his home. This is hoarding and it is only making matters worse. I hope action will be taken against him.
