ist das hier ein safe space? denn ivh miss zugeben dass mir aufgefallen ist wie sehr ich doch magerquark mit skyr bissle wasser und früchte mag. ich fresse das jefen tag zum mittag weil 40-50g eiweiß und so 380-450 kalorien 🗣️

LETS GO ive been so locked in but im going to visit my family for the next few days and i'm gonna try my best to enjoy my time w them without worrying too much abt goddamn calories (we're 100% getting pizza im so excited actually)

@alvvxr just a standard protein choc mousse!! but i topped it w salt/ cinnamon/ cardamon and added a piece of a dm salted caramel popcorn bar

I most definitely have a food intolerance bec almost every time after I eat i have a stomach ache but id rather not eat than try to find the root cause of that shit
