Absolutely insane how the World Cup hosts are bombing another World Cup participant right now. And FIFA gave the guy doing it their Peace Prize, lol.

It’s nice to see that no matter where we’re from, what language we speak, what color our skin is, or which god we pray to… We can all come together and agree on one thing: Please don’t let Argentina win this World Cup. 😂

Funny how everyone rushed to post Neymar and Ronaldo in tears, yet Salah didn’t get a single tribute. The disrespect towards one of football’s greatest icons is genuinely unbelievable.

So it appears the "daughter's house" was Farage's registered address for the last GE. What effectively happened is a car pulled up, asked someone "Is Mr Farage in? We're from Sky News" and they were sent on their way. No daughter hounded. No drama. No camping outside the house to try and nab him. What a snowflake drama queen that man is!

He showed the referee his torn shirt. He asked for VAR. He asked for justice. Instead, he got a yellow card. This will be remembered long after the tournament ends — as the moment football lost its soul. 🟨

He looks like a Prime Minister, he sounds like a Prime Minister, he acts like a Prime Minister, & he delivered like a Prime Minister. Keir Starmer is the classiest & most dignified leader we have. Just look at the others for proof. Letting this man go is utterly reckless.

Nadhim Zahawi. This man is bloody insufferable. Now banging on about political elites and the establishment. All from the man who used his 'elitism' to almost screw taxpayers to the tune of millions and claim heating expenses for his horse stables. He really needs to f*ck off.

🚨🗣️ José Mourinho on the Repeated Argentina World Cup Controversies "I look at what happened with the Folarin Balogun red card being magically suspended after politics got involved, and I look at how Egypt was completely robbed in the Round of 16 against them, and I just have to smile. All of this started in the very first week of the tournament when Lionel Messi was allowed to escape a clear red card against Algeria. When you set a precedent that the rules do not apply to certain teams, you lose all control. We are seeing it match after match. It is a recurring script." "Some people are calling it a scandal, but a scandal is something unexpected. For me? This is just normal now. We witnessed the system protecting them throughout the group stages, we saw it against Cape Verde, and we saw it again when Mohamed Salah was denied a clear penalty while Cristian Romero stayed on the pitch after a horrific tackle. You can put the tournament in America, in Mexico, in Canada, it doesn't matter. The geographic location changes, but the hands pulling the strings stay exactly the same. It is a cinematic production." "If you are a smaller nation playing in this World Cup, you have to accept that you start the match 1-0 down before a ball is even kicked. Egypt played beautiful football, they went 2-0 up, and they still couldn't win because you cannot defeat a referee who is determined to look the other way. When VAR can rewind the play from five minutes ago just to disallow an Egyptian goal, but refuses to check a blatant foul on Salah in the 93rd minute, the game is dead. The integrity is completely gone."

Everyone should be fucking FURIOUS at 90% of the press for sitting on this info about Farage, Tice, Jenrick, etc. for YEARS. Through uncritical platforming and omission they showed extraordinary bias to Reform and let them brainwash millions. THEY KNEW. They SAT ON IT.

🚨🗣️𝗡𝗘𝗪: Pep Guardiola on the VAR controversy after Argentina vs Egypt: “People ask me about the Argentina vs Egypt VAR controversy, and I will tell you something. In modern football, the truth is often buried under an avalanche of emotions. I watched the incident many times. I studied every angle. I listened to every argument. And what I see is not proof of corruption. What I see is a decision that has become a mirror, everyone looks at it and sees what they already want to believe. Some people are treating this moment as if football itself was robbed in broad daylight. Others act as if the decision was perfect. The reality is that football is not black and white. It lives in the grey areas where arguments never die. VAR is like a microscope. It was created to help us see clearer. But sometimes all it does is make every tiny detail look like a mountain. I understand the anger from Egypt fans. When you feel a dream slipping through your fingers, every replay feels like salt in the wound. Every freeze frame feels like evidence. Every whistle sounds like a verdict. But passion is a fire. It gives football life, and at the same time it can melt facts into emotions. People say football has been scripted. They say decisions are made for certain teams. These accusations spread across social media like wildfire through a dry forest. Within minutes, opinions become headlines and rumours become ‘facts.’ I have been in football long enough to know that controversy follows the biggest moments like a shadow follows a body. The bigger the stage, the louder the noise. If there is evidence, investigate it. If mistakes were made, correct them. But football cannot become a court where every unpopular decision is automatically declared a crime. The game belongs to everyone. Not to rumours. Not to hashtags. Not to conspiracy theories. You can disagree with the decision. You can be furious about it. That is football. But anger is not evidence. And sometimes the loudest voice in the room is not the closest to the truth.”

🚨🗣️New: Mohamed Salah on the controversial officiating decisions in Egypt and Argentina game, Messi and Argentina are being favored: “People will say Argentina showed the mentality of champions. Fine. But tell me this: when exactly did Egypt get the same protection from the officials? We scored a second goal. The stadium exploded. The world saw it. Then suddenly VAR became an archaeologist, digging through the ruins of football history to find a foul from another lifetime. Funny how they could rewind the game Five minutes to cancel our goal, but when I was brought down in the box, everyone suddenly forgot where the replay button was. That’s what hurts. Not losing. Not Argentina. The inconsistency. One decision gets examined under a microscope. Another gets buried under the carpet. We were told football is decided on the pitch. Tonight it felt like it was decided in a control room. And let’s talk about those final minutes. Two penalty appeals. Two moments that could have changed everything. Nothing. No review. No urgency. No explanation. Then Argentina go down the other end and score the winner. That isn’t a plot twist. That’s the kind of script that leaves millions of people asking questions. Egypt fought for every blade of grass. We defended. We believed. We earned our moments. But every time we climbed the mountain, someone moved the summit. The disallowed goal. The ignored penalty shouts. The cards flying around our bench because people who dedicate their lives to this game couldn’t understand what they were witnessing. And now we’re expected to smile and say football won? No. Football wins when the rules are applied equally. Football wins when VAR is a shield for fairness, not a sword that appears only when convenient. Because from where I’m standing, Egypt didn’t just lose 3-2. Egypt lost a goal, lost two penalty appeals, lost faith in consistency, and eventually lost a place in the quarter-finals. Maybe Argentina deserved to advance. Maybe they didn’t. That’s football. But what will make people angry isn’t the result. It’s the feeling that one team was forced to play against eleven men, the clock, and a set of decisions that seemed to change shape whenever the game demanded it. And that’s why this match will be remembered long after the scoreline is forgotten.”
