Hi 👋 HIV, I’m writing to you anonymously because I’m so ashamed. I was doing so well for three years – always undetectable and never missing my medication. However, eight months ago I went through a terrible breakup and lost my job. This led to a deep depression and I simply stopped taking my medication. I just didn’t care anymore. Last week I started feeling very weak and developed a persistent cough. I know I need to return to the clinic but I’m terrified.
