But the journey must continue. As the song “Sweet Disposition” says “and won’t stop ‘til it’s over… won’t stop to surrender”. And for my dearest Olivia, the journey will never stop and there will never be a surrender.

Trip 34 to South Africa comes to a close. Leaving each time breaks another piece but this time it’s particularly brutal. Traveled over with hope and without armour but leave with the confirmation of the harsh reality of nomadic life. 1/3

Not sure if im more proud of myself doing two 12 hour days or him doing one 12 hour day. Thats just at the SCG. 4:45am wake, arrived at 6am, waited in line for 1.5 hours and then 10.5 hours inside the stadium with 9.5 hours of cricket watching. What a champion!
