I’ve only been active on X since March and one thing genuinely surprised me. Every week I come across someone in their early 20s claiming they’ve been trading for 10 yrs and made 6 figures. A few months later, they’re selling courses to people old enough to be their parents.

@DenizTheTrader As a trader, it’s actually harder not to trade than it is to trade. I was recovering from shingles recently even with the vaccine, it knocked me around. I only took a few trades, then went back to bed. It was tough.

Avoid Trading, When you are too tired, sick, upset or distracted 🔻🔻🔻 You will save a lot of money just by this simple rule...

@wannabechamp To be honest, sometimes the tuition is so expensive it makes you want to quit.

Every blown account was not a failure. It was tuition. Remember that.

@tradertheory I don’t know many consistently profitable traders who didn’t have those painful years. That period teaches patience.

Trading pays $1k to $10k an hour once you make it. Nobody talks about the 3 to 6 years of pain before that hour exists.

@spideycrypt When I first started trading, the more I desperately needed the next trade to work so I could pay bills, the worse my decisions became.

The more desperately you want to make money trading, the easier it is to lose money.
