@dilanesper This is just a strawman argument. Nobody is arguing to remove all due process. The argument is how much they are due. They are not due the same process as a citizen would be. But they do have a process that validates whether they can be removed or not.

Yes, widespread covering could render it useless in practice with zero enforcement on owners. It might void warranties or raise insurance issues, but it's not illegal federally.
