I think for new vtuber that's one of the best way, since customizable is definitely cheaper with a great feature. and if you don't like the design you can always change it and then you can buy new model later that's specifically like you haha nice one, how's the streaming doing for you?

@recondraw Currently still rolling with 2 customizable models i retextured to look more like me and pngs and they're amazing and have no regret to getting them, slowly saving to getting a fully custom model too

dear aspiring Vtubers, have you feel regret on spending so much on your vtuber model and the result on streaming is not what you think it will be?

@EnderLordVT it is, I was actually planning to do a really goofy simple customization model and just give them for free and make a video about it. Later though, I'll make a hair physics tutorial first haha

@recondraw It's amazing what you can do with minimalism and free live 2D. People really just need to look out for the hidden gems of low cost or do better quality research other than more money I spend means more followers.

Am I doing good as a new streamer? I might count this as average since it was pretty slow from what people say about their growth 😭

@EnderLordVT that's a great way to think about it but I just really want people / aspiring vtuber to know as an artist that an expensive model is not what they needed they can even just start with a stickman model if they care so much about it

@recondraw I am glad to have made this model myself and with some coaching. I do somewhat regret my current commission but it is what it is and I am making the most of it all. At least I'll have two models in the end and something to practice rigging on.

@recondraw It's a really whacky system that allows for 15 people to be talking all stream in chat, you raid with supposedly 2 viewers (all 15 still talking), and then the stream report will tell you that you had an average of 5 people None of it makes any sense

@MoonlightVTB I was actually pretty discouraged because it doesn't look good but thank youuuuu I will hope that it'll be a good month this month

@recondraw I would say so! Sometimes affiliate takes a couple months to get because of the way twitch changed how "average viewers" is counted

there are mixed response from this tweet. here's my opinion from both artist and commissioner perspective. From an artist: I never had a bad review before but I do always prepare. Look, we always want a big big nice juicy review for our services, but there should be expectation for everything. me, as an artist, have made mistakes before. what do we do? well, just tell the client honestly what happened, but what if things comes to worst, well you just should be accepting it. sometimes there is clients that's just fuck you up for no reason, but not all of them okay. From a customer: If I do want to commission someone, I did before, not with this profile of course. I always give myself and the artist a clear understanding of what we want, of course with set expectations. If worse comes to worst, since I know some artist can just be gone, or the quality of the art is not the same as stated in their portfolio, I do want an explanation. and if maybe some of the things are not included because I don't state it in the beginning, it is my fault, can't blame the artist. All just comes to communication. We don't need to publicise everything, I know we all want sensation and validation but please resolve it personally first. If I share all my bad review from my previous business and blame the cust, people would go crazy and flame me man....

I was actually surprised how this turned out pretty ok, we stream for a little bit for this. been a while since I draw a normal style T-T which one do you think is nicer? I love them both since there's still no details 😭
