@yinyang_yo_ there's a difference between what ACTUALLY brings public safety and order, and what empowers a surveillance state to become oppressive tyranny

@AshyShephard Peter Berg was set to direct at one point - the guy who did Battleship and Lone Survivor
this would have been such a different movie

@regularwaffles @femboxd Let me guess you thought Sean Penn was the real hero

@jonatanpallesen You wouldn't send a Congolese child into the mines but you use a smart phone

Most humans either cant think one step deeper, or refuse to do so if its not an advantage to them personally.
Almost no one would personally treat an animal like this. But almost all of them would buy factory farmed meat even though it means that animals have been treated like this.
They don’t want to think that one step.

@jagibbs_23 @DreDay911 His explosiveness is fine. His vision is bad
English

I think Bhayshul Tuten is a bit unfairly critiqued for a lack of explosives as a rookie.
Important context: the Jaguars used Tuten specifically as a short-yardage back on 25% of his carries. For comparison, only 14% of Travis Etienne's rushes came in these situations (3 or fewer yards needed for a first down)
Tuten was extremely effective on these short-yardage runs.
Short-yardage success rate:
81% - Tuten
54% - Etienne
50% - LeQuint Allen
Short-yardage stuffed rate:
28% - Etienne
19% - Tuten
On non-short yardage runs, Tuten had a higher explosive run rate than Etienne.
If his role is expanded in Year 2, Tuten feels like a reasonable bet to offer more explosive runs than he did as a rookie. His analytical profile would look much better with even just a few explosive runs added. What we have to analyze from his rookie season is such a small sample.

@regularwaffles Nah, it was recorded by multiple passengers a few days ago

@Halfsin21 @anotherfilmfan Lot of people have trouble with the overly sexualised Perdita
English

@larosaanthony98 @anti_gyro_ She left her baby to rob a bank and kill a cop
English

@anti_gyro_ Surviving the world as a black woman conflicted with her ideals. I didn’t say she was perfect. Just dumbing her character down to a bad person is idiotic.
Also them saying “the one black woman in the movie” is dumb cause there’s multiple black woman throughout the film
English

@BadFilmTakes1 I think Poor Things, Kinds of Kindness, and Bugonia are all pretty different
English

@wildcats399 @CaneColvin he’s literally having politicians on what are you talking about
English

@MagneticNorse @emgauthor I believe there’s a chemistry and a physics lesson in this.
English

@blewis1103 I’m dumb, what does it mean to “Norbit”. I know that that is a movie, but was Eddie Murphy campaigning for an Oscar at the time?
English

@Anglo3000 @PalmyrPar It would be so much better with the 1/4lb patties

The standard/double quarter pounder surpasses both of them with ease.

The Whopper is a far superior burger to the Big Mac. This is a simple statement of fact.
