Very disappointed with @Debenhams. I’ve tried to return my order many times but the system keeps saying my email doesn’t match. I’ve contacted customer service via WhatsApp and Messenger but no real response. Please sort this out — #debenhamscustomerservice

@Debenhams I have been trying to get your chat to resolve my returns and getting nowhere. How the hell do I get this resolved as now the chat has gone dead. I returned dresses on the 2nd October and we are now end of the month with no refund. I want a resolution and refund!

@Debenhams dreadful service. Ordered Wallis clothes yesterday premium next day delivery by DPD. You haven’t even sent the parcel to DPD yet so won’t be delivered today even though I paid for it. No number to call you and waited 4 hours now for response on your WhatsApp!

@Debenhams I hate to say it but this company is an absolute embarrassment to the name of Debenhams which was a well respected company in the past. Since taking the name of Debenhams you have dragged it down and down and now it is a complete shambles!!!

@Debenhams absolutely shocking customer service in relation to a refund. Items returned on 25/09 and refund should have been received by the 10/10. Countless emails sent but ages to reply.

Absolutely AWFUL experience @Debenhams . We returned a £350 dress 3 weeks ago via the post office. The post office shows the item was returned the next day however we have no refund, there is no online tracker, no phone number to call, a whatsapp bot that is useless.

@Debenhams our order was delivered by Evri, no one rang bell and it was taken from doorstep 20 minutes later who is liable?

@Debenhams after reporting how my order turned up and being told somebody would contact me by the 18th to discuss this , i’m still waiting ….. Sending mouldy shoes to a customer and then not dealing with the complaint promptly isn’t giving excellent customer service vibes

@Debenhams returned an item, refund was started on the 9th, still waiting. Customer Services is appalling. Surely there's a number to call???

@Debenhams is your customer service even working? Ordered on 05/10, dispatched on 06/10 yet nothing arrived. Evri tracking not changed since, shows “we expect your parcel”. Contacted your customer service multiple times only to get the same automated reply.
