I’m curious: what gives you the confidence to compare vocals when it’s widely known that aespa’s skills have regressed since debut? They’ve sung live less & less each year, whereas i-dle & NMIXX are recognized by Chinese K-pop fans as the best 4th gen live singers, having the lowest lip-syncing percentages and are the most consistent at delivering good live performances. There are many high-quality MR-removed videos (very popular in Chinese K-pop circles) and vocal comparison videos on Bilibili, but it’s hard to find any from the last year or two where aespa sings fully live or sounds better than i-dle. Here’s one example. If you manage to find one where aespa is 100% live or has better raw vocals than i-dle, let me know.
