@OldMutualSA This afternoon I called in to do a follow up on other policies I submitted claim for, they told me I have to fill a claim from which Alberton Old Mutual did not advice nor provide me with it. Now I have to start the process again. I feel so defeated

@OldMutualSA And only on the 22nd March 2023, the funeral policy was paid out. After umpteenth calls to follow up, going to East Rand Mall Old Mutual and Pretoria CBD Old Mutual. Alberton branch is worse, the staff members are clueless and incompetent

@OldMutualSA On the 23rd February 2023,my mother passed away. She had few policies with old mutual, including funeral cover. On the 27th February 2023 I went to Old Mutual Alberton branch to submit a claim and was given Ref CEB2302187377. I was sent from pillar to post for weeks
