@scoutsfocus Most small college programs don’t even have NIL structured like that. And NIL conversations definitely aren’t happening through tweets asking players to drop film.

No legitimate NCAA program is publicly tweeting “$6K–$11K NIL available, drop film below.” Huge red flag 🚩
