And Trip Planning screen shots before a trip do not accurately show the final end time. It is a prediction based on the schedule and how the train is tracking in that moment in time. BART considers a train to be “on time” if it arrives to the destination within 5 minutes of when the schedule says it should. We understand you don’t agree with this and even a one minute delay on a 30 mile+ run is delayed. That’s fine. But we get riders where they need to on time 93% of the time.
