Sunny start; lovely lunch; poignant poppies…Day 1 Part one done and dusted. 105km and just the drop into Dover, the ferry and then short ride to the hotel to go. The SUV which tried to wipe me out just outside London was the only blot on the day…highest heart rate of the day!
