The transaction completed in late 2025. Globacap was founded in 2017, and its mission has been to digitise and automate the world’s private capital markets, delivering workflow automation software-as-a-service that brings public markets-like efficiency to private markets. Apex Group’s digital initiative is to enable its fund clients to access capital from wealth channels at scale, including highly efficient investor aggregation and secondaries for those wealth channels, by bringing together cutting-edge technology platforms, such as Globacap. Archax leveraged its deep domain experience and extensive network in the digital asset space, and, through its regulated broker, worked to find potential strategic partners for Globacap. As part of this, Archax provided the introduction to Apex Group, who ultimately decided to acquire Globacap’s UK business and US regulated brokerage. CBGM (Clearbid Global Markets) has selected @ArchaxEx as its regulated digital asset partner to expand the reach of its cross-border digital bond trading and data platform in the UK and EU. CBGM will initially leverage Archax's FCA regulation in the UK to offer its digital bond pre-issuance, trading and data platform to investors based there.
