The thing that was so chilling about the George Floyd death scene was Chauvin’s defiant stare at horrified bystanders as he kneeled on Floyd’s neck. Today, a jury stared back. Chauvin stands convicted of murder. Justice was done.

Matt Gaetz is under federal investigation for using drugs, paying for sex with women, and sex trafficking an underage girl. It’s outrageous that Republicans haven’t removed him from the House Judiciary Committee, which oversees the Justice Department.

Gun violence in this country is an epidemic — and it’s long past time Congress take action.

I’m often asked what I mean when I say I “lost everything” by opposing Trump. By “everything” I mean I lost my livelihood, all my supporters, most of my friends, & any future in electoral politics or conservative media. I lost all that. No regrets. I’d do it again. Country 1st.
