I know how to send $PITCH 30x from here and it's actually pretty easy @Pitch_ERC : Build a JACKPOT - route a fixed % of swap fees and/or LP fees into a fixed, publicly visible jackpot that keeps growing until the end of the World Cup. Ideally denominated in stables or ETH (sell $PITCH at market if you have to, no big deal). At the end, all holders of the winning country's card + that country's player cards split the prize pool pro-rata. I've seen successful cases of this and it actually works.
