This week Parliament will vote on a Government Bill which would give police further powers to restrict people’s right to peacefully protest.
The last 24 hours has again shown why that is totally unacceptable.

MPs pass laws which the police are obliged to enforce. The reclaim the streets protesters were clearly breaking the law so when police step in to enforce it MPs like @jessphillips start bitching that they’re being heavy handed. Think about that for a minute
