@cryingmznita I work at Starbucks and i usually get anywhere between 5k-7k steps a shift 😭, and then I do 4 miles outside as my work out and that’s 7k steps. And get 2k-3k form just throughout the day alone

i do 1k steps per day wdym people do 20k per day
