@bigmaninjapan Makes sense. We had an half switch to it last year, but ended up with a bunch of flailing around. This time the intent is to get everyone to buy into it.

@spi Make sure everyone understands the goals of the switch and buys into making it work. If not, you're doomed. Agile is very "fragile" in that way. One person can completely derail it.
