@AnnaHelhoski We didn't get help from parents but did get help from the government in the form of a first time homebuyer program where the price was set by the county to make it affordable for families earning <70% of area median income.

I don't know a single millennial who didn't get help from their parents to buy a home. The rest of us just don't own especially if you live in an expensive city.

It blows my mind that the Dependent Care FSA limit is $5,000. That covers less than 2 months of daycare. The craziest part?! The $5k limit was established in 1986 and hasn't moved since! What a joke.
