London, 9 million population: 106 crimes per 1,000 people, knife attacks, thefts, street violence.
Tokyo, 14 million population : 5.6 per 1,000, almost no violent crime, streets safe day and night.
In Japan, people respect the law, value community, and avoid disturbing others.
Safety isn’t luck, it’s culture.
