Woweeee what a day that was! Our first special daytime Guest Chef event with @thecurlystu and his pizza truck 👌🏻 5-6 day fermented dough. Hand stretched and cooked to order using the finest of Irish and Italian ingredients. Thanks to everyone who joined us! Let's do another one soon, yeh?

Chef Stuart & I first worked together here in Chester @TheGrosvenor 25 years ago then we met again working at a Michelin star restaurant in Kent, where we were definitely put through our paces!
Watching Stuart perfect the Neapolitan pizza over the years has been absolutely fascinating & I’m unbelievably excited to work with him here on bank holiday Monday 27th of May!
Bookings for this are now open & it’s simply a case of booking online 🍕
