@sugaredbruises I mean, he does have a point. The burnish is rapid successive dmg, why would one put panhaima on fof and holos on the bleed?, that’s obvious common sense if one read their tooltips, you shouldn’t need a mit plan to tell you that.

It's always been pan/seraph/lilybell/star on bleed 1 and 20 sec mits holos/expedient/wings/sun sign before first tether so they cover all 4+bleed 2
