白樺の葉がモチーフのKOIVUNEN、木の断面をリズミカルに描いたMOTTI。どちらもフィンランドで2000年代はじめ（2007年・2005年）に販売していたデザインを復刻し、サウナアイテムとして新たに登場したシリーズです。古き良きフィンランドの素朴な雰囲気が感じられる、クラシカルなデザインが魅力です。

second time brewing this recipe. The day after I brewed the same using the Weyermann Floor Malted, which I haven’t sampled yet - but plan to taste today. I had Urquell “tank beer” in the UK a number of years back and I’m not disappointed in any way with my rendition.

Brewed the week before I went back to work. Triple decoction and 120 minute boil. Will still commit time to making this beer as often as I can.

My most recent Pilsner Urquell using Weyermann Bohemian malt, as a kellerbier (only 29 days from brew day) - excess that didn’t fit in the main corny keg for spunding. Coming clear and never been lagered at 0-2° - just put it in my wine cellar at 9°. Tasting mighty fine.

こんにちは隊長です！ 無事にイギリスから帰国しています。 週末はタップルーム、都内でのKPNにお越しいただきありがとうございました！ 今回は最近の海外コラボビールを紹介したいと思います。 どちらのビールも現時点で日本に入っていないようで、今後も入るかどうかは全然わかりませんのでご了承ください。 Garage Project ウェリントン　ニュージーランド ビール名：Uchu Nigori 隊長的ニュージーランドの最重要ブルワリーの一つガラージプロジェクトとのコラボビール。 彼らはホッピーなものからワイルドなものまで幅広く、そして広いだけではなくそれぞれに対して深くアプローチし美味しいビールを醸造しています。 毎年ホップの収穫時期にHapi Sessionというシリーズで、いくつかのブルワリーとコラボする企画に誘ってもらい、宇宙MASTERのレシピをベースにニュージーランドツイストを入れようということになり、コーファウンダーのPeteと一緒にFreestyleHopで一緒にホップを選ぶことから始めて、完成したUchuNigori！ Peteはニュージーランドホップに深く深く精通していて、例えばロット番号で畑の位置がわかったり畑ごとの特徴まで把握しています。 そして謙虚でとても優しいスーパーナイスガイです。 ちなみに今年ガラージプロジェクトがうちの他にHapi Sessionコラボをしていたのは、イギリスコーンウォールのVerdant Brewing Co、カリフォルニアのAlvarado Street Brewery。 どちらも超絶飲みたいですね。 Fuerst Wiacek ベルリン　ドイツ ビール名：Solar Flare フルスト・ヴィアツェクは去年ドイツに行った時にブルワリーを訪問して、コーファウンダーのゲオルクに工場見学をさせてもらったのがきっかけで出会いました。 ゲオルクは誠実でとても寛容で、かなり長い時間を使ってブルワリーを全て見せてくれました。 ドイツといえばビールの聖地であり、伝統と歴史があり、もちろんビール純粋令というビールに使用する原料に関する法律もあります。 その中でとても攻めたクリエイティブなビール作りをし、かつ伝統的なビールもしっかりととても美味しいものを造っているブルワリーです。 コーファウンダーのルカシュとレシピやプロセスを情報交換して完成しました。 どちらも日本版をうちゅうブルーイングで醸造しようかな〜？！ 飲みたい人～🙋🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

@southstarbrew Makes sense. But would love to have some place that did this in NZ as some special or periodic occasion. I’ve seen folks like Goldfinger in the Chicago area doing it. If I get back to see my mom I hope I get a chance to visit them when they are tapping a barrel.

6 o'clock closing ended the year before so here it's days were numbered I guess. Easier to plan the draining of casks quickly with the masses in to smash pints for an hour each day.
